If you asked Facebook to remove your data from this app, you were given a confirmation code and a link to this page. Open that link to see the current status.

Requesting deletion

There are three routes, depending on your relationship with us:

• You have an account with us. Sign in and delete your workspace, or email us. We remove your account, your connected WhatsApp credentials, your contacts, and your message history within 30 days.
• You removed this app from your Facebook account. Facebook notifies us automatically and we begin deletion. No further action is needed.
• A business messaged you using our software. That business controls your data, not us. Contact them directly, or write to us and we will pass your request on and tell you who they are.

What gets deleted

• Account and profile details.
• Connected WhatsApp Business Account credentials and access tokens, and the webhook subscription linking your account to our app.
• Contacts, lists, tags, and consent records.
• Message content and delivery metadata we stored on your behalf.

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion itself, and anything we are legally required to keep. Messages already delivered to a recipient's WhatsApp remain on their device — we cannot remove those.
